Shipping Policy – Moisfine
At Moisfine, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency. Below you will find important information regarding order processing, production timelines, and international delivery.
Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.
Standard items are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Customized or made-to-order items may require up to 10 business days for preparation prior to shipment.
In certain situations, a piece may require additional production time to meet our quality standards. When this occurs, processing may be slightly extended to ensure proper craftsmanship and final inspection.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Production & Availability
All Moisfine jewelry is crafted and prepared with careful attention to detail.
If an item requires additional production prior to shipment, delivery timelines will be calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin once the order has been shipped.
This approach allows us to maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that every piece meets our expectations before reaching you.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two international shipping options:
Standard Shipping – Free of charge. Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping – Paid option available at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
All orders are shipped from our international logistics hubs. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local carrier performance.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Import Duties & Taxes
All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout.
Under normal circumstances, customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
If unexpected customs charges arise due to incorrect information provided by the customer, local regulatory changes, or special circumstances beyond our control, Moisfine will assist in resolving the matter but cannot guarantee coverage of additional charges.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, depending on carrier systems and customs processing.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact contact@moisfine.com for assistance.
While Moisfine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control, we will provide full support to help resolve the situation.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit after carrier investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
